PMP Course Details

Project Management Professional (PMP) training helps you in preparing for PMP certificate of PMI. PMP is one of the most renowned certificate in professional world. One of the requirement for submitting application for PMP examination is you must have 35 hours contact hours or project management professional education under some experienced PMP. As per PMI, the course content should include all the chapters of A Guide to The Project Management Body of Knowledge (PMBOK).

Who should attend?

  • Any-one who has 4 years degree and minimum 3 years’ experience of directing and leading projects. You should have 4500 hours PM experience in these 3 years. OR if you have secondary diploma and 5 years’ experience of directing and leading projects then you are also eligible for this certification and training. You should have 7500 hours PM experience in these 5 years.
  • Who is looking for Global Recognition in Project Management space.
  • Interested in learning Global Project Management Best Practices.
  • Your current office designation may be project manager, project leader, PMO, program manager, senior project manager, project coordinator, project champion, project sponsor.

PMP exam is based on a project management standard of PMI. Periodically, PMI updates this standard and incorporate new best practices or update existing practices or make them consistent with industry need. PMP exam questions are not chapter wise but process group wise. Every process group has predefined percentage of questions for PMP exam.
