Microsoft® Project or MS Project is a Project Management software application that provides tools to manage projects successfully. This software is designed to assist project managers in developing project plans, assigning resources to tasks, managing budgets and analyzing workloads, reporting project progress to management and more such project tasks.

Typical coverage of this training is Mapping of PMI PMBoK processes to MSP, MSP Interfaces, Task & its attributes, Resources & its attributes, working with and customization of filters, views, tables, Work tracking and status update, EVM, CPM, CCM, Resource cost tables, budget resources, resources assignment, calendars, customized fields of task, resoruce and project, connecting and working with project server, updating timesheet and task update from PWA, document management, risk, issue and working with non-scheduled tasks, reports, data analysis.

Our comprehensive training program helps participants in understanding the concepts of MSP 2013 and its features. PMV’s program encompasses all the new concepts, features and examples, helping attendees in planning, managing scheduling their project plans. It guides through the complete project lifecycle through initiating, planning and execution, monitoring and closure of projects.

This is completely hands on workshop and you need to have MSP installed on your machine. Training is available on 2010 and 2013 versions of Microsoft Project.
